1.        THE PERFORMER SHALL PROVIDE:

The performance shall include props.

All private group lessons will include a CD copy of music for guests.

If appropriate, the performer will encourage audience participation through dancing and tipping.

The performer shall provide music in the form of a CD.

Performer shall arrive 10-15 minutes to the start of the performance/class.

2.        THE CLIENT SHALL PROVIDE:

A $100 deposit is due to reserve the date/time for the performance. Deposits are due 72 hours after confirmation of being
booked. If deposit is not received within 72 hours, Zehara will not perform at your gig. The balance will be due 3-4 days
before the event. If payment must be paid at the time of a performance then it is important to pay the performer in a timely
manner.  If the performer is required to wait more than 15 minutes after the show for payment, an extra charge of $50.00 will
be charged to the client.

A safe and adequate space for the performer shall be provided.  This includes a floor or stage space that is free of broken
glass, spilled liquids, or other hazardous objects.  This also includes an environment that is free of harassment of a sexual
nature or otherwise. Performer does not perform for all male audiences. If the performer deems the environment unsafe for
the above reasons, she may leave without rendering services.  In that case, the client will still be responsible for paying the
full amount.

A sound system with CD playing capabilities shall be provided, preferably in the same room in which the performance/class is
to take place.  The sound system is an important part of the show/class and should be tested prior to the arrival of the
performer.

Occasionally, the performer will bring a person to accompany her to events that are past 9 pm or if the event is at a large
venue for safety purposes. If the client objects to this, no performance/class will be rendered.

The client shall communicate any special suggestions or requests prior to the beginning of the performance.  The
performance has been carefully choreographed and it is difficult to make changes once the performance has begun.

Often the performer will have more than one engagement per night, so it is important that the show/class start at the agreed
upon time.  If the performer is required to start more than 30 minutes late, an extra charge of $50 will apply.  In some cases,
lateness may result in a shorter show or constitute a breach of contract on the part of the client in which the client will still be
responsible for full payment.

A private space will be provided for the performer to change clothes and to store their bags while performing.

3. For All Snake and Fire Performances:

A warm and safe environment will be provided for all snake dance performances. An environment with air conditioning or
open windows in a cold season will prevent a snake dance performance.

A dance space that is 4-5 feet away from the audience is required for all snake dance performances.

Performer will not allow audience members to handle snakes at any time, unless she deems it is safe to do so.

Audience members that touch the snake do so at their own risk. A separate liability waiver will be signed by audience
members prior to touching the snake.

If performer feels the environment unsafe,  performer will constitute a breach of contract on the part of the client in which the
client will still be responsible for full payment.

A fire permit must be obtained for any performances with fire. The client is responsible for getting permission and/or a fire
permit if the performance is being held at another facility other than client private residence. If permission or fire permit are
not given, then the performer will not be able to perform. She may leave without rendering services.  In that case, the client
will still be responsible for paying the full amount.
